A comprehensive range of High Frequency welding facilities is available from small 1.5kw foot welders, 10 to 30kw shuttle trays through to our 80kw twin-shuttle welding machine having a 1600mm x 2700 heated platen and 1900 x 3000mm lay-up tables.

Other production facilities include Roller Cutting, Press Cutting, Ultrasonic Welding and Pressure Testing

We have substantial technical and design skills providing the ability to produce the most complex and intricate tooling to develop and manufacture your product precisely to your specification. This is complemented by a stable, skilled workforce that is dedicated to quality production. We are flexible to your needs, lead times to delivery are short and product quality is guaranteed.

We operate a programme of continuous improvement allowing the company to meet the ever-increasing market demands. As part of this programme, we are further investing in computer technology to enhance our production facilities leading to the implementation of CAD/CAM cutting technology.
